Matthew C. Manning, B.Th.
President and Founder
Pastor Matthew C. Manning founded LightHouse World Evangelism, Inc. in October 1997 after serving his country for seven years in the United States Coast Guard. While serving in the U.S. Coast Guard he received two Commandant Letters of Commendation. These awards were bestowed upon him for outstanding performance of duty and his "unselfish accomplishments outside of the Coast Guard."
Pastor Matthew has been a licenced Minister since 1997. Matthew received a two-year diploma in biblical studies and was awarded the Donald McKenzie Award for Christian Leadership at The King's College in Van Nuys, California in June of 1998. During the course of his studies, he met his wife, Christa, who attended the college as well, who graduated with a one year certificate in biblical studies. They were married on November 21, 1998.
Matthew recently achieved high honors (magna cum laude) with a bachelor's of theology in Biblical Counseling from The King's College. He was also selected to the The National Delta Epsilon Chi Honor Society. For pictures of his graduation, click here.
Pastor Matthew is currently working on his Master's of Divinity at the The King's Seminary.
Pastor Matthew assisted Dr. Jack Hayford and Dr. Paul Chappell at the Jack W. Hayford School of Pastoral Nurture at The Church On The Way in Van Nuys, California. After completing almost three years of service at The Church On The Way, Matthew left his position to enter into full-time ministry.
Matthew is the founder and president of LightHouse World Evangelism, Inc., a ministry outreach that travels around the world, and is working on starting a broadcasting network and production company in the San Francisco Bay area. Matthew and Christa are standing in faith, believing for an outpouring of God's Spirit to fall inthe media industry.

Weston Alexander
Street Evengelism Coordinator
Webmaster
Weston comes LHWE with an Associates degree from Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, Ca. He also attended Chico State University for two years majoring in journalism. Weston realized that his calling was in a completely different direction and joined our team in 2006. He is currently working towards his bachelor's degree in biblical counseling at the King's College and Seminary in Van Nuys, California.
Weston has a desire to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ spread to all people throughout the world. As the coordinator for S.T.R.E.E.T.L.I.G.H.T., he leads a street outreach for the purpose of presenting the Gospel to the teens and young adults that are living or hanging out on the streets of Sonoma County.

Christa Manning
Director of Administration and Finance
Christa has completed one year of studies at the King's College and Seminary in Los Angeles, Ca. She brings to this ministry over twelve years of legal administration experience.
Christa has a heart to minister to hurting individuals and provides counseling support to those that come to LightHouse World Evangelism, Inc. for help.

Christopher Shawn Shaw
Media Director
Christopher graduated from Otterbein College in Westerville, OH in 1994 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance (Acting/Directing).
Christopher has been created from the foundations of the World to direct movies. He brings to LightHouse World Evangelism, Inc. an enthusiam and dedication to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ put to media and presented all over the world in a real and tangible way

Tucker Gallagher
Leader of Joshua's Disciples
Tucker comes to us just graduating high school and beginning his college studies in business administration, where he hopes to earn his bachelor's degree. From there Tucker plans on attending Seminary to earn his master's of divinity.
Tucker heads Joshua's Disciples, an outdoors outreach that brings the Gospel to sixteen to nineteen year olds who are living in the inner city. The outreach gives these teens the rare opportunity to combine fellowship and discipleship while enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking, mountainbiking, snowboarding, skiing, wakeboarding and water-skiing.
Casey Turner
FYIIC Seminar Coordinator
Casey is currently enrolled at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and working on her bachelors degree in Religion. She has been a part of LightHouse World Evangelism, Inc. since 2001.

Concetta Papadopoli
Local Event Coordinator
Concetta Papadopoli brings to this ministry over 15 years of customer service experience and client relations. Currently, Concetta is enrolled at the Kings College and Seminary in Los Angeles , California . Concetta is totally delivered from the lesbian lifestyle, and currently assists LightHouse World Evangelism, Inc. by planning events that occur at our ministry home in Santa Rosa, California.
Concetta is very gifted and talented in the creation of decorative items (wreaths, swags, center pieces, and floral arrangements) and has written many poems that are inspired by the Holy Spirit that have been very healing and timely in the lives of many. She has the experience and ability to decoarate for weddings, baby showers, and a variety of other party settings. Patrick Gaines
Street Evengelism Coordinator
Patrick joined the LightHouse World Evangelism team in 2006. Spending much of his childhood and adolencence "in the streets," Patrick brings an awareness and a sensitivity to the needs of those in similair circumstances. Patrick very much desires to see the hope of the Gospel touch everyone he comes into contact with, steering individuals towards the cross of Christ in every appropriate conversation.
Patrick is currently working towards his A.A. degree and hopes to further his biblical education with a docturate degree in the future.
Patrick partners with Weston Alexander in S.T.R.E.E.T.L.I.G.H.T., an evangelistic street outreach in Sonoma County.

Charity Gaines
M.A.S.K.S. Drama Team Coordinator
Charity brings a passion for communicating the Gospel through dramatic representation. Heading the M.A.S.K.S. Drama Team, through short skits and physical expression, Charity presents the message of the Gospel in a real and understandable way. Drawing analogies from everyday experiences, Charity is able to bring home the bottom line in scripture without compromising the integrity of God's Word.
Charity is currently enrolled in the King's College and Seminary and is currently working towards her bachelors in theology.
Susan Webster
Gethsemane Prayer Warrior Leader
Susan joined LightHouse World Evangelism, Inc. in 2002 after graduating in April 2002 from Christian Life School of Theology in Columbus Georgia with an Associates Degree in Theology. Susan and her husband have been married for two decades and have two grown children. Susan comes to us with a life experience laden with challenges and difficulties. Through the awesome power of Jesus Christ and her desire to become all that God wants her to become, we have the honor and pleasure of having her be a part of our team.
Susan lived as a rebel for many years due to her involvement in the occult in her native town in South-Eastern Indiana when growing up. Over the years through much counseling and inner healing prayer, Susan has received the healing necessary to function as a power house prayer warrior for Jesus Christ and to stand in the gap for those that struggle with the occult and those that have grown up Satanically Ritually Abused.
Susan brings to our prayer ministry the dedication and desire to see individuals set free through the power of prayer and the inner healing that comes through effective Holy Spirit directed counseling.
